Heather Loughlin Smith is an associate at Schecter Law, P.A. Heather practices in the general field of civil law, with special emphasis in commercial and real estate litigation.

Heather was born in Miami, Florida in 1977. In 1999, she received her Bachelor of Science summa cum laude from Florida State University. While in school, she was involved in a number of academic and social organizations and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

In 2002, she received her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Florida in Gainesville. While in law school, she served as an intern for the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Heather is a member of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
