Generally, in connection with our commercial real estate and/or residential transactional clients, there is no fee for the initial office consultation. We try to offer agreed upon (“flat”) fees for most transactional matters. If the client would prefer, we will provide our services on an hourly basis. Regardless of the type of fee arrangement selected by the client, the agreement between the client and Schecter Law, P.A. will be memorialized in an engagement letter which will be signed by both the client and Schecter Law, P.A.
