At Schecter Law we routinely represent clients concerning all aspects of Florida real estate brokerage law. In fact, the founder of Schecter Law, Mark Schecter, is a licensed real estate broker. Our focus at Schecter Law is to represent brokers and non brokers alike in connection with the negotiation, preparation and drafting of real estate brokerage contracts. By having our clients allow us to enter into the transaction prior to the real estate brokerage agreement being signed, we are more able to adequately and properly protect, prosecute and defend the interests of our clients.

We at Schecter Law regularly counsel our clients to place all commission issues in writing so as to effectively set forth their benefits duties and responsibilities.
