At Schecter Law, we represent individuals in connection with the purchase and sale of their homes. We understand that the purchase and/or sale of a home by our individual clients is a very important matter. It is vital that we guide our clients through this process. The residential real estate industry in South Florida is fraught with land mines. It takes an experienced attorney to successfully guide the client through these land mines.

At Schecter Law, we have been representing individuals in connection with the purchase and sale of their home since 1976. We will either prepare or review the purchase and sale agreement prior to the client signing same. Once the contract has been signed, we will represent the client throughout the entire process, including the providing of title insurance, if that is the desire of the client.

Rather than being a title company, we are attorneys who provide title insurance. This distinction is very much a difference, for as attorneys, we will aggressively represent the interests of our clients, rather than just the transaction itself.

At Schecter Law we conduct title examinations and provide title insurance coverage for our clients in connection with a variety of transactions, including the acquisition, sale and refinance of real property, both improved and unimproved.
