At Schecter Law we are acutely aware of our responsibility to assist our clients in the due diligence which is necessary on their part in connection with the acquisition or purchase of real property. In connection with that due diligence responsibility, we will advise our clients as to the desirability of retaining a land surveyor, engineer, environmental engineer, and if required, structural engineer, in connection with the evaluation of the real property which is to be purchased, including any improvements presently existing, or to be constructed thereupon.
