Summa Realty, Inc. was founded by Mark S. Schecter. Mr. Schecter is a native of Long Island , New York . He is a graduate of the USMMA where he received a degree in Marine Engineering. While at the Academy, Mr.Schecter was a member of the Varsity Basketball team. Mr. Schecter, after fulfilling his Military Obligation attended law school wherein he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was in 1974 elected to Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges. Mr. Schecter has, since 1974,practiced real estate law in South Florida . Mr. Schecter has additionally developed and built various residential and commercial real estate projects in South Florida .
