Schecter, clients of Schecter Law, P.A. will receive a substantial discount as to the brokerage fee which would normally be charged in connection with the acquisition of the client’s real property. Each fee arrangement will be tailored to meet the client’s needs, subject to the approval of Summa Realty, Inc. and Schecter Law, P.A.
